brilliant autumn leaf change in October. Cranberry back country offers a gravel
downhill ride for the novice and an optional off-road intermediate challenge.

Once a year, we take a step into a lively country celebration. Free Spirit Adventures combines the West Virginia State Fair, a ride on the Greenbrier River Trail and one night of camping. The fun begins on Saturday morning with a full day of cycling, swimming, picnicking followed with a night of campfires and camping. On Sunday, wake up to a hearty breakfast and free tickets to the West Virginia State Fair. Enjoy "country" at its best! |

Bike a day, hike a day. Strap on your hiking boots
and head for the hills. Free Spirit Adventures will take you to "out of the way"
places with "out of sight scenery." Hike options include Greenbrier State
Forest, area National Forests and occasionally a private reserve. Endless
trails, wildlife and fun. Lunches, transports included.

wild waves. Whitewater raft at the New River or the Gauley River (seasonal) and
spend the other day cycling on the Greenbrier River Trail. Raft with North America River Runners, Inc., one of West

burn calories, and to advance your fitness level. Free Spirit Adventuers
offers the LeMond RevMaster Instructor Training. This
training was founded by Paul Swift, a member of the U.S. Cycling Team, and
Joan Wenson, former World Aerobic Champion. Joan and Paul selected Dr.
Alinda Perrine and Robert Guet, owners of Free Spirit Adventures as the East
Coast Training Team for RevMaster Instructor Training. Alinda and Bobby
enthusiastically share their indoor and outdoor knowlegde and skills. This is a weekend of excellence and application with the experts.
