Training Wheels Issue #6

On Thurs, 9-27, we will be at Bill Ray and Nancy Perrine’’s in Statesboro,GA and on Sat 9-29, the journey will be complete at Tybee Island. Rooms are still available. We would love to see you Each day we think and talk of you.

NEW CYCLE TERMINOLOGY :

Who is Johhny Jordan?
Also known as “Tommy John”. 24 year old bachelor who is compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable, a great driver, a real catch, a new convert to Heart Zone Training and a future roadie. Thanks for all your help!

Who is “Sleepy”John Howerton?
An Adventurer at Heart, a comedian by nature, and a man full of experience and laughter. His quote from Andrew Jackson has become a part of the trip “I feel sorry for a man who has so little imagination that he can spell a word only one way.”

"Que Pasa" (what's happening):

      Recaps:

WHAT IS UNIQUE ON THIS TRIP?
A sign in OK at a Beer/Gas Station:

God Rules, Jesus Saves, Satan Sucks
Our Tan Lines

Physical findings:
SCIENITIFIC RESEARCH CONDUCTED DURING TRIP
Written for the optometric followers
“The Effects of Useage of a Cycle Helmet Mirror on the Extraocular Muscles and Visual Adaptation” With Bobby as the subject, Alinda was back to her days of “optometric clinical trails.” After 3 weeks, Bobby began to notice, lateral rectus stress of the left eye. Alinda suspects overusage of the lateral rectus due to continuous concentric contraction with eccentric contraction of the medial rectus. Result: Stress of the extraocular muscles and difficulty with frontal gaze. Solution: Discontinue use of the cycle mirror until extraocular muscles have recovered.
This was a great subject between squaw and chief for a couple days. Lots to talk about on the road. Ha!

CONCLUDING THOUGHTS FOR THIS ISSUE :

We are thankful to ride in this great country..especially in light of recent events. We know you are praying for us and we appreciate all your thoughts and prayers. Stay focused on the good There is no doubt that angels are around us.
Angels are bright lights in the midst of our lives.
Nothing is hidden & everything is seen by angels.
Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly.
Music is well said to be the speech of angels.
Angels shine their light on us so that we see more clearly.
Beautiful visions for the world are dreamt by angels.

Your EAT,SLEEP & CYCLE friends,
Alinda, Bobby, Nick, Johnny, John
